Only getting 2 stars because although the sale of the TV we got was great… the service staff were unfortunately not. First of all, the “free” trailers were not free but we had to pay 69krs to borrow it. 2. There was nothing in the trailer to secure the tv (read online that tvs had to be transported standing upright so a pretty good tension band was needed, Elgiganten staff told us to walk across the street to JULA to BUY the tension bands ourselves. Which we did. When we got back, I went back in to borrow a penknife to open the impossible packaging but was met with confused and judgy eyes from at least 4 male staff inside standing around doing nothing. What made me so angry with the service is that, all they could’ve done was given us simple advice, e.g “you can tighten it down this way or that”. But instead they just showed us to where the trailers were parked and left us on our own to figure things out which we eventually did no thanks to the useless staff! Please have your staff go through some service training… before putting them on the floor. Service is not just about selling products but just doing a little extra to make the customer feel satisfied and happy after spending money at your business………. Satisfied with the product but NOT the service…
BÄSTA MEKONOMEN I STAN! Besökte de andra Mekonomen innan denna och var där två gånger och de fixade ingenting utan istället förstörde vår bil ytterligare. MEN DEN HÄR! Identifierade och fixade vårt problem inom 5 timmar! Vi var förvånade och väldigt nöjda med deras service!!! Jag skulle ge dem 10 stjärnor om jag kunde! Tack!!

BEST MEKONOMEN IN TOWN! Visited the other Mekonomen before this one and was there twice and they didn’t fix anything but instead screwed up our car more. BUT THIS ONE! Identified and fixed our problem within 5hrs! We were amazed and very satisfied with their service!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you!!
He was very friendly and super informative. The cracking of course helped to instantly loosen some tightness in my spine but I’ll have to constantly remind myself to sit and stand properly so the back pain doesn’t return! Thanks Fredrik!
