Our account was simply blocked, even though I sent their questionnaires twice. We've had the account for 20 years, and my husband's pension is being withdrawn, and we've authorized direct debits (autogiro) for our electricity, water, and garbage collection. And now we don't know what's going to happen. They keep asking for our employee number, which we don't have. Currently, we can't even travel to Sweden and sort things out on site (due to deaths). It's a real disaster.
