I have to say that I don't recognize myself at all in the negative reviews that are written about this agency. I have dealt with them twice, the first time in 2012 and now most recently in 2024, and both times they have been excellent. When I, as the only relative, had to take care of everything related to the funeral, etc. and apply for funds from the municipality, it has been great. It was one of the occasions when I met her colleague who I felt was a little worse for the treatment but overall and I also came in there 1 year after I was supposed to be terminated as a customer after my mother's rings still couldn't be picked up, they said horribly "we never let a customer go" and indeed the rings were still there!!!! The only thing I can complain about is the prices, but they are not lower at Fonus either, so it is the industry in general that costs. I would never use Fonus, for example, because this agency is fixing up 3-bedroom apartments, so to speak. I was in an extremely bad state mentally and even though I missed some calls etc. this agency had full understanding of the situation I had found myself in. 5 plus

Svårt att betygsätta men jag har varit här 2 rundor och första svängen 2020 tyckte jag ändå att det var bra uppstyrt om man jämför med andra ställen. Andra svängen 2022 så kändes det som att mycket hade förändrats dock tycker jag det håller …

Mycket bra och trevlig personal. Då jag är rädd så fick jag lugnande och han den ta tandläkaren med lite mörkt utseende var den bästa i Sverige jag gått till utan tvekan satte ordentligt med bedövning och var trevlig och berättade hela tiden vad han gjorde så och gick inte tanden att få ut så tokbröt han inte i tanden.
