We have had major problems with the lack of feedback from both the CEO and other contact persons from Adderalink. It has been over a year since work was carried out in our kitchen, where there are still clear shortcomings: cold drafts that were not there before and unsealed floors where mice climb. We have contacted the company several times, both via email, phone and also been on site in person. Both my wife and I have been promised feedback on several occasions – most recently about two weeks ago – but no one has heard back. Despite repeated calls and voicemails, we have unfortunately not received any response. We had really hoped for a solution and that the company would stand by its work, but after a long time without action or feedback, we want to share our experience so that others are aware. Should the company contact us and actually solve the problem, we will of course update this review.
