Absolutely the worst Levi's store ever! Always bought my pants at Levi's in Partille until this day. The day before Christmas Eve I went in and bought exactly the same pants that I have for several years, I show my size in the pants I have on mine in the exact same model as the ones I buy to an employee who brings out a pair of the same ones, he doesn't tell me that I have to try on the exact same pants I buy but just packs them up after bringing out the wrong size. Christmas Eve morning I take off the tags and stressed as you are, you don't think that you should have to try on the pants that they brought out when they saw the size I have on previous pants. When I go to put the pants on I notice that they are too small, they go just above the knees, I then put all the tags back in the pants and go into the store to just change to a larger size. But there I am met by a store manager who is so incredibly bad at customer service and that she couldn't just take back a pair of pants in a multi-billion dollar company and just give me a bigger size, that's my responsibility, she just says. Damn it! That she's not ashamed, she should work somewhere else entirely, an office where she doesn't meet people. I've never experienced anything worse as I buy all my pants in that store. Never experienced such poor customer service and hope her boss sees this, I myself have one of those that you attach patches with and would have done it right away but didn't know you had to do this in such a case. Shame!
