We contacted Sollentuna Elektriska for help with the installation of two charging boxes, including the purchase of equipment. However, in the dialogue it emerged that they wanted to charge 750 SEK for a site visit, with the promise that the fee would be deducted if we then booked the job. As a potential customer, we experienced this as frivolous and unsafe. Having to pay to even decide whether you trust the company and want to proceed is not reasonable in our opinion. A site visit is part of the sales and consulting process, especially for larger installations such as charging boxes. We therefore chose not to proceed. Unfortunately, this did not give a professional impression and we will hire another company.
