DO NOT GO HERE!!! THE worst color experience of my life. 6 hours and 3 failed attempts by the stylist and then 3 times stripping color out of my hair… incredibly rude staff who do not care about their clients. I should have refused to pay because this was SO much damage to my hair because the colorist was incompetent and then blamed me my hair was damaged… NO DUH ITS DAMAGED AFTER YOU!!!! The salon finally got a different stylist to try to do damage control and fix something…. and it just turned my hair ginger. I asked to go to a darker and more natural blonde from platinum level blonde, and they first turned my hair grey… then dark coal brown/black… then ginger…. Insane that this is a trusted salon. I had been here before, to the exact stylist (Maggie) and had an ok experience and believed what I was asking for was not so complicated- a root blend and a few low lights…. I included pictures of what I asked for and then all the hair colors I had in this day. I emailed with the salon afterwards and they were incredibly disrespectful and made ZERO attempt to fix the situation. I left crying not recognizing myself. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
