To avoid at all cost!!!! In short: terrible customer service, wrong diagnosis, expensive repair for a car that is now worse than before, worst mechanic I have ever experienced. It started 11 weeks ago with first a change of engine due to a belt break, first there was miscommunication about the price of the repair, we had to beg for written invoice, beg for an answer on the phone. After 4 weeks in the shop, they called us back announcing that they started the repair but have made a faulty diagnosis. The clutch also had to be changed doubling the bill... extremely UNPROFESIONNAL. When we thought it couldn't get worse, the y suddenly stopped picking up the phone when we called, meaning we had no way of getting in contact with them After 2 month and 1/2, fighting to get answers and quite litteraly asking them to do their job, we left feeling cheated, disrespected and outraged by the state of the car they left us. Oil print stains inside (see picture), a noisy alternator, and a badly adjusted clutch.... I don't even understand how business like this can stay open... Terrible mistake we have done to trust theses people in the first place.
