Yes, you don't really know where to start, for some reason the housing association I live in had hired this company to install IMD. The GC group had put up notices clearly stating which days the power would be out and between what times. (Good, positive) (divided into 4 different days, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu. as it affected 4 different buildings) "Our installers will work as quickly as they can to make the outages as short as possible. (i.e. exactly between 07:30 and 16:00, not a minute before or after)" However, it said, and a pure quote from the notice they put up in the stairwells: "Hot water and internet connection can be affected when the power is out. Even on the days you don't have power due to a power outage, there is a possibility that the internet and hot water will be out" End Quote. More correct would have been: During 14/10-2024 to 17/10-2024 between 07:30 and 16:00 neither your Internet nor TV network will work. Even the hot water may be affected during these times. Which day you will be completely without power, hot water and everything related follows below: .......................... _____ I had (who happened to be home sick from work) visits 3 times during Tuesday 15/10 by somewhat confused and worried elderly people who had called external companies when their internet and TV were not working and asked if I had the same problem when they had booked an appointment so that technicians would come out for troubleshooting, fortunately all 3 managed to cancel the visits of the external companies and thus it saved them some money which we all know can be tight as a pensioner. Fortunately, they added the above information on Tuesday at 16:00 on the screens inside the Entrance. AFTER I spoke to the project manager Jak** Se**rha*en by phone (2 separate occasions) (Did not want to print the full name as it might not be his fault even though he was the project manager.) So I would advise all housing associations to not hire this company, or at least get all the information about what applies before signing an agreement. Regards.
