Vid första ögonkastet en trevlig butik. Många har pratat sig varma om Sko-Artur, och känns bra att stötta lokalt. Men nu senast köpte vi ett par skor till sonen, 900 kronor. Detta va efter att vi haft ett kvalitetsärende med ett par skor …

At first glance, a nice shop. Many have spoken highly of Sko-Artur, and it feels good to support locally. But most recently we bought a pair of shoes for our son, 900 kronor. This was after we had a quality issue with a pair of shoes before that they reluctantly let go, the sole wore out after a month. Because of this, we went for a pair of more expensive shoes in the belief that the quality would be better. Three days later, however, the rubber over the toe cap started to come off, otherwise the shoe seemed ok so we removed the rubber that was hanging loose and let our son run on. But after 5 days we realized that the rubber continued under the sole itself, which then started to come off. After 7 days we were back in the shop to complain. The older lady at the cashier refuses to complain about the shoes, saying that my son drags his toes on the ground. She then claims that she cannot make a complaint at all, which is absurd because she herself helped with the previous issue mentioned above! She grins and smiles while I, in my own opinion; rightly so, get upset. She then admits that she doesn't trust me because the other shoes, according to her, had similar problems. She then says that my son drags his feet on the ground so much that it's reasonable wear and tear after a few days. When you look at the pictures, I think you'll understand how unreasonable this claim is. She then says that she wants their complaints manager to look at the shoes, which she should of course do because the shoes are broken. But to be treated in such a condescending manner is completely unreasonable. Of course, I can't recommend this store to anyone and I sincerely hope that this review reaches you and that you take it to heart. You've lost a loyal customer.
