Fick godkänt på första uppkörningen idag. Jag har lärt mig mycket från de. De bara fokuserar till dig så att du kommer att klara och lära dig på bra sätt. Jag blev väldigt nöjd och rekommenderar till alla, lärarna är mycket hjälpsam och stödjande.

It has the worst customer support I have ever seen. Just wanted to book a meeting for my father and we even identified with BankID but they didn’t book us a meeting and told us to come to the office to book a meeting. She questioned me like she was a security officer because I called with my phone instead of my father’s. We can’t make online booking. Therefore had to call to book. Even if my father calls from his mobile she told us to come to the office to book a meeting. It’s crazy and they’re not fulfilling their job. It’s just a meeting she was going to book and they will anyway check ID and everything in the meeting plus we identified with BankID which should not be a problem.
