Doing international payments is a nightmare with Handelsbanken. I’ve been a customer at Handelsbanken since 2014, but after all these experiences, I’m seriously considering switching bank. One Friday morning, I arrived early at the Vällingby branch to get help with making an international payment within the EU. To my surprise, Handelsbanken doesn’t offer all currencies even for EU countries — which is very strange. I expected that visiting the branch in person would help, but unfortunately, it didn’t. They simply don’t support some currencies as payment options. The staff at the desk are generally friendly. One particular staff member, Kadife, was polite and smiled, but she seemed to be working in "vacation mode" — not fully present and seemingly unaware of the urgency of my situation. I explained that I needed to make an urgent payment. She assured me she would process it the same day and send me the payment confirmation by email. This was on a Friday, but I never received the promised email. On Monday morning, I was desperate and tried calling and emailing her, as the payment was still pending. I received no response. I had no choice but to go back to the Vällingby branch, where I found out that Kadife was off sick. Thankfully, another staff member, Johan, was extremely helpful. He processed the payment the same day, as promised, and although the payment confirmation arrived the next day, at least the transaction went through. Overall, I give Handelsbanken — and specifically the Vällingby branch — one star due to this poor experience and lack of reliability from some of their personnel.

Professionellt företag, de hjälpte mig att fixa låssystemet till balkongdörren. Dörren är ganska gammal, och kunde inte hitta reservdelar, de hjälpte mig med det. De gjorde det snabbt och till ett acceptabelt pris.
