A really lovely little shop. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and reasonable prices. A very friendly employee gave us excellent tips on preparation and suitable spices. The elk entrecôtes were fantastically tender and aromatic with a wonderful gamey flavor. We will definitely visit the butcher shop again in the next few days to buy meat for home (Germany). Highly recommended and we'll gladly return.
