In the 90s we were at an open house with you in Umeå. Outside the dairy there was a tent with tastings of different soups served in small white plastic cups. We were given a booklet with the recipes in it. It's called the soup book and is still widely used by us. It's a gold mine when you want to fix dinner quickly, when the stock market is weak or when you lack imagination. Soups are underrated!
