Kontrollera allt 10 gånger. De gör att du betalar allt dubbelt och du får ett svar dagar senare. Men det betyder inte att de svarar på dina frågor. Mycket dålig kundservice och dålig hjälp med någonting.
Sadly very bad customer service and every veterinarian I visited told me to avoid this insurance. Had issues with them, too. If you have a rescue dog they will avoid to pay anything. They wanted me to pay 14000 sek for one dog!!!! Without taking any responsibility to pay any vet bills. Friends got the exact same issues with them. They are just existing out of fixed year contracts without paying a penny. So please safe yourself some trauma and worries and choose anything else in the world, but that kriminell Insurance.
