Staff completely lacking in service sense. 3 people behind the counter. None of them have any customers. They look up and down the counter a few times as if they hope I will disappear. When I ask after a few minutes if someone can take care of me, I get the answer that I have to wait until they have time. I understand that there are other things to do than just take care of customers, but if there are 3 people behind the counter, you should be able to take turns. Unfortunately, it wasn't the first time I've experienced the same thing.
