Not someone who cares about you or your animal as long as she gets her money. When I had to euthanize my cat urgently and Göran Ström didn't have time, I unfortunately had to come to Lillåsen. The first thing she says is 3200 thank you. Before she helps me down my beautiful Louise to go. Bad! After a long wait, I wrote and asked where beautiful Louise's remains were. (I had to remove her on 22.12.22. I heard from the vet. Beginning of February 2023. She had not received ashes but had not contacted me about this. I was told on Friday afternoon, February 3rd, that I could pick up beautiful Louise. Something else is happening there, I gave the publisher to pick up my fine wonder Louise on Wednesday, February 8th. Apparently this vet at Lillåsen does not suit. She informed me that she would not be there then. I asked her to be kind enough to display Louise's ashes on the stairs. She did it, however, but had to wait the whole day before for an answer. I was told at 7:54 pm that she would display the ashes. No thanks, I blame myself for the so-called vet. I will never go there again.....

Disaster. No one logged me in. How am I supposed to know where to do it? Just big Corvid 19 signs. I talk to a staff member that I had time, no one I'm looking for she says... tells another staff member she'll take me to another waiting room... After a while someone tells me you had an X-ray in Västerås, you have to tell them about that... Huh? Had to go home without a doctor's appointment.. As far as I know, it's the person who calls the patient who should check that all the information is there but no, I was the one who was supposed to inform them that instead of waiting 3 months for an MRI, I went to Västerås to get it done quickly. I'm so glad I stopped working in healthcare because today I would be ashamed. I drove 80 kilometers unnecessarily today. Fuck.
Skitaffär. De tar betalt för sina egna misstag. Vara var prismärkt med 29 kronor..fick betala 90 kr. Gå inte dit!
