I have to say that this is the worst experience I have had as an entrepreneur in 13 years. I was "forced" into a new gear solution after much deliberation. The price was supposed to be the same as we had with the previous supplier, but the gear would be a bit sharper. The result? More expensive gear that does not match what is stated in the contract. Worse gear that does not at all keep what was promised. After countless hours, we have had one invoice settled at the price stated in the contract. This was paid. BUT. Now we still received debt collection for the remaining amount! As you can understand, we are moderately irritated and dissatisfied with both the handling of the matter but above all what was promised when selling. Zero points from us.
