I will change healthcare centers as soon as I can!!! I sought treatment for suspected hyperthyroidism and had tests done and they promised to call me the next day. I went in myself and saw my test results which showed that my values were very bad and far from the reference intervals. They didn't call all day. They didn't check my test results either. I call and complain because I feel bad and have a lot of palpitations. The only thing the woman on the phone says is that I can pick up my prescription now.. without even explaining what I was prescribed or how to proceed.. they just wanted to get rid of me. In the end I found out what they had prescribed for me, Inderal for palpitations. Luckily I waited to pick up the medicine. When I then spoke to an endocrinologist at Varberg Hospital, he explained that I am NOT allowed to take these because of my asthma. The Lugnet Clinic does not do any research before prescribing these to me! Scary. I talk to other experts in this field who say that the Lugnet Clinic made a mistake. I should get help quickly as it can be dangerous for the heart with such severe hyperthyroidism and I should immediately have tests done and be connected to an endocrinologist. UNPROFESSIONAL!
