Took the car for tire change and cleaning. The package said "from 750kr" the guy took the car but didn't tell me the actual price until the end when he charged me 1000kr. The cleaning inside of the car was not acceptable. The inner side of my car windshield had become even more dirty with many stains easily visible when driving under the sun. In fact the time they spent cleaning the inside of the car was too short in my opinion. They forgot to clean the cover of the trunk area too. The plastic bags for the tires were too small and I could not tie them anymore. I would say it would have been fine if they charged only 750kr but for that extra 250kr I think this was not a nice work. I don't bother going back there.
Ok for quick shopping if you live nearby but some stuff are so expensive. Apple 49kr when you can just buy the same apple for 16kr from Matvärlden just 5min away. Most staff are nice and helpful. There is one lady who always makes a mistake at the cashier though so you better check your receipt. This ICA has a lot of potential but needs better management.

I bought a Saab car here. I called the owner on Sunday and he came to open the shop and show me the car. I drove for 20 years with different cars and I know quite enough to evaluate cars. I tested the car and beside some problems I considered it was ok to buy. I did bargain quite much to lower the price to what I believe was more reasonable and the owner accepted. I think if you know what you are buying then you can go ahead and try his shop. You should expect that the price might be high but that is the case with all brokers.
