Amazing food, very affordable, and friendly staff! The lunch buffe includes basically everything served there. They have coffee, tea, cookies, etc. A lot of options! They have different menu every week, and always update on Facebook in advance. The place is quite small and is always crowded, the tables and chairs are also relatively small. So be careful of bumping other people when it’s full. The location is quite far from the city centre, but it’s still worth the price. I have been here twice and will come back if I happen to pass by during lunch hour. Overall nice experience.

Nothing exceptional but overall I had a nice visit. I ordered morotskaka, good enough I would say. The staff was not that friendly, and looked a bit annoyed when I was still taking time to decide which one to buy. She’s not that welcome either when I asked questions about the menu. Quite understandable as she was in charge alone (or maybe there were two people?). Anyway, maybe she was just tired. They have many seatings, the ambience and interior are cozy (as expected from almost everywhere in Sweden). They even have blankets too for almost every table, which makes it even cozier. The music was not too loud, but the voice of people talking was quite loud, though it’s still okay. I might come back for hanging or reading or maybe even studying just because the interior is really nice.

The fried chicken is good though not special. We wanted to try one menu for dine in because of the big portion, but it seems the owner doesn’t allow us to only buy one menu. So we’re kinda forced to buy two. For such location, the pricing is a bit expensive too. It also takes very long to wait for them to prepare the food, we waited around 40 mins. To be fair, the owner is very friendly, the place is clean and spacious with many seats, but my overall experience is not that great. And I won’t come back either.

The meals are great, the portion is big, the price range is reasonable (especially being in the city centre), and the service is great! Looking from the outside, it looks quite fancy, and I didn’t think it was this affordable. The waitresses are very friendly and patient to explain the menu. She even offers us additional chili as we love spicy food! It doesn’t take long to wait for the food either, though the night is quite crowded. The ambience is nice and cozy too.

The cakes look promising on the display, but then turned out awful. My husband picked a piece of white lady cake and I picked morotskaka. There were three white lady cakes left on the display: 2 were fresh and 1 looked that it had been refrigerated for quite some time). We were given the refrigerated one. We thought it didn’t really matter, hoping that it would taste good. But no ☹️ the cake tasted awful, not only that it was waaay too sweet, but seems like it has gone bad! :/ the cream tasted sour and we just realized that it smelled bad too. The morotskaka was okay, but we can feel that it had been refrigerated for some time too. It didn’t taste fresh at all. I hate to leave food unfinished. But if it has gone bad, I didn’t have any other choice. And we were too lazy to report or make arguments with the staff about the food. They didn’t look so welcoming when we had some questions about the cakes in the beginnings either. Overall we didn’t enjoy what we bought, nor the service. I would say the seating atmosphere is nice, and that was what attracted me the most about this cafe. But now knowing the food, I’m definitely not going back. Even though it’s really nice to buy some snacks or have fika while visiting the city library, I wouldn’t wanna risk it. I would say the prices are quite expensive too.

We arrived late at 3 am and the hotel allowed us for late check-in without an additional fee. I had informed the hotel 2 weeks in advance and they sent us the guidance for self check-in. The process for late check-in was easy to follow as well. We booked a room with shared kitchen and bathroom. It was quite small but totally okay. For cleanliness, everything is amazing despite the shared bathroom! You can see in my pictures that the shared bathroom and kitchen are clean. The breakfast options are pretty much European standard: bread, meat, salad, oats/muesli/etc., milk, yoghurt, boiled eggs, etc. Good value for money with breakfast included. The hotel location is pretty far from the city centre but it is totally fine with the price. Some staff are extremely friendly, but some others don't look so welcoming so it's pretty hard to judge this aspect.

Loving the ambience! Feels very cozy, a nice place to hang out with friends or just to have some me-time (read a book, study, work, etc.). They have discounts for students. The place is quite small, but almost always full. There are options to sit outside as well. However, the matcha is so-so, and the morotskaka is too sweet. Still okay, though. They have coffee, matcha, and other stuff to sell as well.

Great food and service! I have been here two times, and always satisfied. Will definitely come back as a regular customer. There are plenty of seats with big tables, so it can be suitable for a family/big group dine in. Everything is clean and neat as well. Drinks (water, tea, coffee) are free fall. And most importantly, the halv kyckling is amazing! My preference is the fried ones, very crispy and fresh! The owners are very friendly and warm to the customers. I had a lot of questions in the beginning and the lady explained everything patiently. Thank you for the great service! 😊
