I'll gladly change my review when Silva is back because she's amazing. But getting a call from my mother crying and crying because another hairdresser decided to do whatever she wanted with my mother's hair is not okay. She wanted to top her hair to get the worst of it off (not all of it!) and without taking a proper look and above all discussing and coming up with a specific length, they just said "swish" and they cut off as much as they wanted. Of course, she mentions that she's not happy because this is not what she said she wanted and she gets the response "everyone fits in a bob haircut like that" but that's not what she wanted! And no apology or anything. Never had a problem before, she's always called and been so happy when she's been with Silva but this woman she was with now should think about it. You're not the one who decides what the customers want. Discuss it first. The fact that no one even apologizes afterwards or takes responsibility is embarrassing.
