Incredibly bad treatment! Contacted their customer service who asked us to go to the nearest department store to exchange the defective product. Once there, the first person is very kind and understanding but needed to seek advice from his colleague. This colleague then quickly says that it can't really be a complaint. But it's if the store "feels like being kind" and exchange the product. He then calls his boss and is going to check if this works, but then gets the answer that "my boss doesn't want to give out 500kr for free" I feel incredibly blown away by Elgiganten giving out defective products!
