Worst service I’ve experienced in a long time! I was looking for glow sticks and asked the three young guys at the service desk. Their response? An annoyed “we don’t deal with fishing” and “there’s no one here today who does that.” Instead of even trying to help, they went straight back to their smartphones. No motivation, no friendliness, zero customer service! After wasting 20 minutes searching on my own, I left empty-handed and completely frustrated. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any business that relies on customers.
