I was 7 minutes early, but I could be cut immediately. The barber was very nice, knowledgeable and skilled at his job. I will go here again next time I need a cut.

Extremely understaffed taking into account their location on the busiest street in Stockholm. First I wandered around and found no one available. Then I waited 15 min. At the downstairs desk just to be sent up a floor and having to wait yet another 10 min. I cannot speak Swedish proficiently enough to look myself, and all signage is in Swedish, which I completely understand, but I will definitely go somewhere else next time.
