It used to be better, i don't know what changed but something did change, last time on arrival they lied about the time to pick me up, they said 5-10mins and it was more then 20 mins then i called and they stopped answering. I asked for the car to be cleaned and asked them to focus on interior and I was willing to pay extra, the car was not as clean as i wanted, the door trips and the back sits were still dirty.
