Very nice and knowledgeable staff, who respond quickly and are proactive in communication! I handed in my boat with a 50hp Yamaha that (I thought) was in need of a timing belt replacement, upon inspection the belt was in very good condition so instead of an unnecessary (and expensive) replacement they did a quick overview of the engine and instead serviced something else that was in more urgent need. They also discovered other faults at an early stage and fixed them! They get a plus for being very quick with the repairs, and that you can store the boat with them during the winter! They may be more expensive than your local engine repair shop, but at the Yamaha center the work is done quickly and professionally, you are informed of the price before additional work is done, and as a customer you are treated nicely. Hand in your boat here and you know it is in good and professional hands!
