Came to Acrius during my holidays because my knee was stuck. Because I am not Swedish, they could not take care of me. My European health insurance card did not help, as I did not have my passport with me. I can understand administrative troubles. Not easy. But what shocked me is that no one asked me how I was doing, why I was here, if I was in pain, if it was urgent, or any other medical questions. Quite the opposite of the state of mind that you expect from medical professionals. Was ready to pay full price too, but that was not an option it seems.
