You travel there by Ferry. It's for free! We went for the 17 kilometer trail and it was beautiful. It begins with with a walk at the coast, followed by hike through the woods. We got to see quirrels and small snakes. There are different types of woods and plants at the ground. It's also possible to collect Blueberries and "Lingonberries". I would recommend wearing solid footwear, hiking boots aren't required. All in all a very beautiful spot with easy access
