I have never felt so cheated by a gym as I have by Gym and Sim. From the moment you step into the locker room you are met with a pungent stench of urine. As if cleanliness is a completely unknown concept here. It is literally a health hazard. And as if the environment weren't enough: the prices are outrageous for what you get. For what I pay, I could have trained at a state-of-the-art gym with fresh facilities and friendly staff - but here you get the opposite. The staff is rude, unengaged and mostly seem to see members as a nuisance in their day. No willingness to help, no attitude that even borders on professional. This place is a joke, and it is a mystery how it is still open. Put your money somewhere else - you deserve it.
