A well-organized recycling center with normally very nice staff that I have visited countless times. But yesterday morning when I was going to throw a garbage bag with paper towels, paper plates, balloons, streamers and other party-related items in the energy recycling, I was stopped by a rude (new employee?) employee there who thought he saw that there was packaging in the bag... I probably regret most that I didn't take the discussion on the spot (or threw the entire garbage bag in paper packaging!), but I was partly overwhelmed, and partly I was in a hurry to work. So now I have to divide the garbage bag into a number of garbage bags and throw it in the energy recycling here at home instead. A charm course for a certain employee wouldn't hurt...

Tyvärr har de renoverat bort en del av den gamla charmen, men fortfarande ett bra ställe.
Bra läge i Dorotea centrum med café och butiker. Tyvärr den äldre typen av laddare med korta kablar som gör att bilar med laddluckan på olika ställen har svårt att samsas.

Rented a car in February 2024, and had a bit of trouble but was well compensated. We first got a car in a different class, as there was no car ready in the class we rented. However, we were able to change to the right car type that same afternoon. At the first quick charge in Umeå it turned out (after many and long attempts with frozen fingers on several different apps and charging stations in the cold) that there was a fault with the car's charger. Had to change to another car in Umeå. So it was the middle of the night before we arrived in Uppsala. The car we changed to in Umeå had just arrived and had not been washed and inspected, so afterwards there was a bit of a fight about who had caused small marks on the paintwork and interior. In the end, I did not have to pay for damage I did not cause, and we only paid one day's rent instead of eight days, as compensation for the trouble. The staff was easy to get hold of and easy to talk to. So the ending was still good. I would consider renting here again, but a general piece of advice is to take good photos of the car, both inside and out, before you drive away!
Fick ombesiktning för att den som besiktade påstod att det var ett avgasläckage. Bokade därför tid på verkstad, men verkstaden kunde inte hitta nogot läckage. Ombesiktade bilen vid en annan besiktningsstation, de kunde inte heller se något …

Kan tyvärr inte alls rekommendera Forslunds/Bilbolaget längre. Arrogant bemötande av garantiansvarige. Det finns andra och mycket bättre verkstäder i Skellefteå.
