I want to warn everyone about this manufacturer. As long as everything works, the world is in order. But woe to those who have problems with their sinfully expensive heating system. Support is basically non-existent. For several months now, the internet access to my heating system has not worked. For this reason, I have already contacted the German support twice by phone and twice by email. On the phone, I was met with total ignorance. I was advised to contact them by email, which I did. Since mid-January, I have not received any answer. In parallel, on 30.01.2026, I contacted the manufacturer directly via info@ctc.se and jorgen.alm@ctc.se. There, too, you are ignored. No case number. No answer. Simply deeply disappointing. I will definitely recommend a German manufacturer of ground source heat pumps to my son.
