The good: They were nice and helpful when I was looking for hiking boots, and I walked out with an expensive but supposedly high quality one. The bad: 4 days into my hike on Kungsleden, the sole started to fall off the first shoe. The ugly: I asked for a refund, sending in the boots by mail. It worked out in the end, but the communication was just so annoyingly slow. After every email I sent I had to ask again and again to receive an answer. Also, never received an apology for my somewhat botched holidays.
