Avoid Kraftringen – Sales before responsibility I am writing this to warn others about Kraftringen and the way they deal with customers who try to leave them. When I chose to change electricity suppliers from Kraftringen, I was contacted by their customer service – in this case Adam – who did everything he could to get me to sign a new electricity consumption agreement with them instead. He completely ignored the fact that I clearly and repeatedly informed him that I was moving and that my electricity network agreement needed to be terminated. Instead of taking responsibility for the agreement I actually asked to terminate, he focused solely on saving a deal, including by asking me for the facility ID for my new apartment – in order to be able to connect me to a new agreement with Kraftringen. He never followed through on my request to terminate the old agreement, which led to me: Received invoices for three months for an empty apartment I no longer lived in Had to chase the new tenant to get money back for electricity consumption. Kraftringen has taken no responsibility whatsoever for this. No apology, no refund, no real solutions. Just cold invoices. This clearly shows that the company puts sales over customer service, and is happy to let customers pay for their own negligence. Frivolous, greedy and unacceptable. Avoid Kraftringen at all costs.
