Incredibly professional! Great service upon first contact. Very good needs analysis with suggestions for heat pump placement. Fast delivery and installation. Very capable and knowledgeable installer. Everything worked perfectly during commissioning and afterwards it gives exactly what we wanted. A joy to be a customer. Strong customer focus which made me not feel like I was just one in the crowd but that it was me they were talking to, me they were installing for. Highly recommended!!
