Poor Service and Lack of Communication During Fiber Outage Today at 14:30, our fiber broadband connection went down, and it’s still not restored. I’ve been on hold with your hotline for hours without any proper update. This is extremely disappointing. At the very least, I expect a courteous and timely response, or better yet, a broadcast notice informing customers of the downtime. That’s basic professionalism and customer care. Please treat this matter with urgency and provide a status update immediately.
