On 4/11 I visited your department on Bussens väg 5, 122 43 Enskede to make my shopping for the week and among others to buy the vacuum machine (I have the previous model and I am very satisfied but it's old and it's time for replacement) . On the trusted app that I am using since it was launched in Greece many years ago the price was 599sek (I used it in 3 countries in total). When I went back home I realised that I was charged 699sek... I went back to the store later the same day losing 1 hour back n forth, the cashier suggested to give my money back and rebuy the machine but she realised that the price was still 699 sek. She called the leader and he told me that this price is only for the plus members and that I was wrong to ask it for 599sek after showing him the price on the application and saying that according to the EU rules of commerce this is totally wrong and illegal he changed his attitude and told me I have to come by on Monday morning to talk with the head of the department... All this is not the profile I know of your company and its the first time I got desappointed from your staff or company policies. I ve been overcharged in Sweden 4 times in Coop and in Hemköp all off them had been resolved in a matter of minutes without questioning my intelligence or asking me to come by one more time to meet a supervisor. I attach the screenshot from the app and the photo from my receipt. Hope in the customer service I will find better answers than in shop.
