They said I should send it at my own expense and risk to them from Haparanda where I live or I should fix it myself. Because the bike is difficult to pack and it costs a lot to ship, round trip. So I opened the bike myself and discovered that the front wheel and rear wheel are not in a straight line. They had put in a drive belt that was too wide, so it broke. I also discovered that the screw holes on the frame and the cover are not even in the same place, so they used different types of screws. What I heard from Sportgymbutiken is that it is just a matter of replacing it. So I bought a drive belt for 250 SEK from the company. The shipping cost was 99 SEK. 99 Riksdag for shipping a drive belt!!!!! I got a narrower one because it was the wrong drive belt that they had before. In short, if you are not used to tinkering with things, it is impossible to replace the drive belt on this bike. You need some tools. I have a villa, so I have a lot of tools. Nevertheless, I had to buy small tools to fix it. So I was able to fix it with the help of a friend. If you do not live near the company, I strongly advise against buying machines from this company. If something happens, you have to ship it, both way and return, at your own expense regardless of the reason. Shipping a bulky and heavy machine is not a good option, both expensive and inconvenient. In addition, you have to pay for everything yourself after a year of warranty even if the machine is faulty from the start. And you should not expect any telephone service. It is rare for anyone to answer. I think I got a junk bike for 7500 SEK and a service that is not worth the name.
