Bra läkare, men att träffa en läkare är en utmaning. Svårt att övertyga receptionen.

“• Free admission applies to children up to the year they turn 12. Up until the year they turn 12, children must be accompanied by a responsible adult who is swimming.  Read more about age limits in the swimming pool. Free admission only applies during times open to the public, not for booked activities such as swimming school or school swimming.” Review: Inconsistent Application of Admission Policy for Children I usually enjoy visiting Lundbybadet with my daughter, and we appreciate the facility and the services provided. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding the inconsistency in how the admission policy for children is applied. According to the rule stated on the Lundbybadet website, “Free admission applies to children up to the year they turn 12”, as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult who is also swimming, and the visit is during public hours (not booked activities like swimming school). My daughter, who turns 12 later this year, is still within the age range for free admission. However, we have experienced inconsistent treatment by the staff—sometimes she is allowed in for free as per the rule, and other times we are asked to pay because she is in the year she turns 12. This inconsistency is confusing and frustrating, especially when the rule clearly says “up to the year they turn 12,” which should include the entire calendar year. I kindly suggest that the staff be better informed and consistent in applying the policy so that visitors can have a smooth and fair experience. I have attached the receipt where it mentioned 12-17 years but my daughter is still not 12 year. Thank you.
