This was the best hot smoked salmon I have ever eaten and the sweet pickled onions were delicious. Even the potato salad was memorable. It's a cafe on the edge of the Baltic, although it feels like a lake. It's an amazing place to eat and you can even have a glass of wine with it, which seems like an extra treat in Sweden. It's a little out of the way, but worth the trip.
