Agree with the previous reviewer!!! Do NOT call here if you want a friendly and helpful vet! I called when we urgently needed to examine our lame dog during the holiday. He starts by asking me to wait because he is going to get in the car?!? He then says that he has an appointment the same day..but only if we are his customers. (And this with a rather snoring tone) I say that we are not customers before. His answer is then that we should go to the clinic that vaccinated the dog, whereupon I explain that we are on holiday and try to get help nearby, immediately. But it is absolutely not possible since we are not customers before, how can one now become a customer without ever being able to come there as a new customer?! This DESPITE the fact that he had an appointment the same day! Extremely bad treatment and derogatory tone. Zero feeling of wanting to help, but rather to reprimand. ABSOLUTELY not recommended if you want to go to someone who cares about your animal!
