I bought a service at v69 workshop and apparently I had bought a service there 8 years ago which I didn't remember so I wasn't allowed to book because it was only for new customers, and lets deal refuses to refund the money because the return time had passed, but how are you supposed to get it if you don't get a response from the workshop? I had to contact them twice and you could only book by email. Now I understand why they do that, they let time pass so that you don't have time to get your money back. Their answer was that I could give the deal away to someone else. That's how easily they scam people out of money.
