Very nice. Low prices overall, lots of different stuff having reasonable to veery good quality. Helpful staff. Also, it is easy and nice to give them gifts they can sell. A very negative review here moans about incorrect opening times "on google", but the times on their actual web page is in fact correct. Google/AI default information is often not to be trusted, why would anyone be so lazy to not check on the companies own site? Obviously the information they are accountable for and manage themselves is better. Foolish to set a very negative review based on one owns shortcommings.

Some reviews claims this place serve food. Some claims prices are lower than other second hand places. These are both false. Shame on you providing misinformation. Also, staff varies a lot due to the very way they are organized and work. Comments regarding staff needs to be taken with a grain of salt due to this. As giver of items, I feel their system is the worst.The attitude of the staff when receving gifts can be terrible, but then again staff seems to change often. Some staff said I could just put my gift-bags on the floor at a specific area before their sorting dumpsters, another staff member (elderly short woman) barked on me right away for doing this and kept barking in such a way I am reluctant to return to them with further items. The lady claimed they had written instructions in the store saying one should sort the items oneselves, but ignored me when I said there were no such instructions in the store. Very rude. In other second hand stores in Södertälje, the attitude is completely different, There they ALWAYS say "thank you" and are glad of fine items. Not this store! Also, they have a very poor receiving system with insufficient sorting categories. Also, goods may easily be crushed in the few but high sorting baskets. The baskets are lableled with categories, but there is NO instruction saying YOU are supposed to sort Depending of what you bring, you can easily find yourselves without a sorting basket with the "right" label. Still they seem very keen of us solving this, not them. Please also ask yourselves where the money go. Stadsmissionen is NOT what they used to be back in the days. Differents story now, so double check if you care where the money go from a given time period. It may be good training for people, fine, but are you aware of and care where the money go? Other organisations clearly show where the money go.
