I bought the Särna Mimic Hood and was very excited about it — it’s a beautiful jacket and was my favourite for daily use. Unfortunately, the experience after purchasing has been extremely disappointing. After only a short time of use, the zipper on the pocket got completely stuck inside the inner fabric, making the pocket unusable. It was impossible to free it by myself, so I contacted Haglöfs customer service. They were helpful at first and provided a return shipping label so the jacket could be inspected and repaired. However, when I received the jacket back, it was clear that nothing had been done. The zipper was still stuck in exactly the same way, and the jacket looked like it had been returned without even being properly opened or inspected. I took photos immediately when opening the box, and it was obvious the problem had not been addressed at all. I trusted Haglöfs’ reputation for high quality and good support, so this was honestly very disappointing. I expected the issue to be taken seriously, especially since the jacket is still under warranty and this is not normal wear but a real defect. I hope Haglöfs will improve their quality control and service process, because customers deserve proper inspection and repair — not having a faulty product sent back unchanged. At this point, I cannot recommend this model or the service experience I received.

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Carlos at COS. I was on a one-day trip to Stockholm when I noticed my phone battery was dying and I didn’t have a charger with me. Instead of just pointing me to a tech store, Carlos kindly offered his own charger and even showed me a comfortable corner where I could sit and enjoy 30 minutes of calm reading. While I was there, I also observed how he worked. He is patient, calm, and very quick at the same time. He managed to unpack and iron clothes while also helping customers in the fitting rooms—bringing the right sizes, recommending other cuts and models, and treating everyone with genuine care. It’s rare to see someone who does their job with such ease, lightness, and professionalism. I wish every store had a “Carlos”!
