No open purchase. You have to be 100% sure if you are going to buy something here. When we were going to return the clothes, the staff claimed that they had informed us that they did not have open purchase when we shopped. They had not. They then said that they have camera surveillance and that we could watch the video to see if they had informed us about it or not. I then said that I would be happy to watch the video, because I knew that they had not said anything when I shopped. After I said this, they changed their mind and no longer wanted to watch the video from the camera surveillance. They then referred to a consumer law that said something like that it is my responsibility to find out if I have open purchase or not. The store was probably right about this, according to the law it may be my responsibility. As a customer, I thought that this experience ruined my impression of the store after me, my family and my friends have shopped there for many years.
