My friend Renata and I ate at Mita's Mitas Mat in Söndags, Östermalmstorg (T-Baneplanet, Nybrogatan/Sibyllegatan). Super duper delicious. Started with a Thai-inspired vegetable soup with coral lentils. Wow, best in a very, very long time! Also tried cheese-gratinated tricolor cabbage, meatballs made from Malmgård's minced meat, Slow cooked chicken at Bjärefågel with mango sauce... Finished with Mita's own vanilla ice cream with homemade granola. What can I say? Go there and try her food. Pack your own meal and take it home - or eat on site. Not only do you get good food, you support a local entrepreneur - something we need to do more often. Incredibly delicious and well-prepared with the best ingredients - try it.
