The collaboration with Holy Comms and their delivery was characterized by a lack of structure, unclear delivery and a lack of transparent documentation. When we requested a concrete report of the work performed, time spent and the connection between effort and invoiced amount, this could not be presented in a clear and coherent manner. We also agreed that the project would be paused, despite this, Holy Comms continued to send invoices, for time that they cannot account for. For us, transparency, follow-up and clear delivery in relation to cost are fundamental in a collaboration. It was completely missing here. Can not recommend Holy Comms to anyone!
