We had a large shipment of furniture moved internationally with TBA Transporter back in July. We fully expected the customs process to take time, but what we didn’t expect was for our shipment—cleared and ready for delivery weeks ago—to never arrive. We even paid extra for them to store our items until our move-in date, confirmed how much notice they’d need (they said one week), and gave over two weeks’ notice. It’s now been four weeks of trying to get a delivery date, with no progress and the same response every time: “I’m looking into it.” Our apartment has been sitting empty for weeks, and we’re paying for temporary housing because we can’t live without basic furniture with our 1.5-year-old. This situation has caused serious stress and financial strain. Please think twice before trusting this company with your belongings.
