Honest view 1st, management should think seriously, if they want customers may continue to visit Pizza hut, as it's only & last franchise left in Gothenburg, that put more staff in kitchen and front. As only Mr. Sepher was running, smiling with customers and literally one man army, which many unhappy customers like me but love his maximum spiderman services. I had 2 different trips Trip 1 Buffe: My recent visit at Pizza Hut in Notioning, and honestly, it was not a very satisfying experience compared to other Pizza Hut branches I’ve been to, such as in Storgatan. The place seemed understaffed, and there was quite a rush, which affected the overall service quality. The staff were trying their best, but due to the crowd and lack of enough employees, the serving was quite slow and unorganized. As for the food, it was fresh, but unfortunately, the overall quality didn’t match the usual Pizza Hut standards. Being a vegetarian, I was a bit disappointed to see that the vegetarian options were extremely limited. The pizza only had two visible toppings and nothing much else on it. The presentation wasn’t appealing either — the sauces were unevenly spread, and the overall look of the pizzas didn’t feel like they came from a brand like Pizza Hut. The other pizzas displayed on the counter didn’t look tempting at all, and the quantity of toppings seemed quite minimal. The buffet timing is from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, priced at 145 SEK for adults and 75 SEK for children below 10 or 11 years old. The premises are located below ground level, but fortunately, there is a lift available for people with disabilities or those using wheelchairs, which is a plus point. Comparing my experience here to the one I had in Storgatan, I would say there’s at least a 3-to-5-point difference in overall quality and service. The Storgatan branch felt much more organized, cleaner, and professional. Overall, I would rate this experience as below average. The food was fresh but lacked the signature Pizza Hut flavor and presentation. The service was slow due to limited staff, and the variety for vegetarians was disappointing. Considering how much my family and I love Pizza Hut, this visit didn’t quite meet our expectations. Hopefully, the management takes note and improves both the food quality and service standards in the future. Trip 2 Regular order Mr. Muhammad did super inspiring job. It would be very helpful if the store could manage stock more effectively so that customers visiting toward the end of the week can also benefit from the weekly deals. The store was quite busy, which is normal for a weekend. There was a lot of crowd movement in the aisles, creating a slightly hectic environment. Despite this, the customer service team remained professional and polite. They managed the flow well and tried their best to guide customers. However, due to the high footfall, the staff can only give verbal directions, as they cannot accompany each customer. This sometimes makes the overall shopping experience feel a bit stressful, especially when customers are in a hurry. One of the strong points of this branch is the parking area. It is spacious, well-maintained, and very convenient for customers arriving by car. I also appreciate that this branch has self-checkout machines, which make the payment process faster and more efficient. The automated checkout option is especially useful for customers who prefer a quick and simple exit. A very important downside to mention is that there is almost no mobile network inside the store. This becomes a big inconvenience when you need to check the Lidl app, digital receipts, shopping lists, or product details online. Improving mobile signal or providing in-store WiFi would significantly enhance the shopping experience. Overall, it is a good store with helpful staff, but better availability of promotional items and improved mobile network coverage would make it even better.

I recently visited the Handsköp store located in Kaupthan, Kortedala, and I must say it’s a really convenient and well-planned shopping destination. The first thing I noticed is the spacious layout, both inside the store and in the surrounding area. It feels open, well-organized, and very easy to navigate, which makes shopping here a pleasant experience. One of the big advantages is the parking availability. On one side, you get one hour of free parking, which is very practical if you just need to do some quick shopping. On the other side, there is a larger parking area where you can park for up to eight hours at a very reasonable rate of just 8 SEK per hour. Spaces are usually easy to find, so you don’t have to waste time looking around. The distance from the parking area to the entrance of the Handsköp is roughly 200 meters, which is completely manageable and makes it convenient even if you have shopping bags or kids with you. Another nice feature is that directly opposite the store, there is a children’s play area. This open kids’ space is a great spot to keep children engaged while families do their shopping. It creates a family-friendly atmosphere, and it’s clear that the location was designed with both adults and kids in mind. Inside, you will find a massive superstore that offers almost everything you could need. From groceries and daily essentials to household items, the variety is impressive. The store feels modern, well-stocked, and efficient, so you rarely leave without finding what you are looking for. For members, there are really good discounts and deals available, which makes the overall shopping experience even more worthwhile. If you shop regularly, becoming a member is highly recommended, as the savings can add up quite a bit over time. Overall, Handsköp at Kaupthan in Kortedala is a very practical, spacious, and family-friendly place to shop. The parking options are flexible and affordable, the kids’ play area is a thoughtful touch, and the store itself is massive and reliable. I definitely recommend visiting, especially if you’re a member, because you’ll not only enjoy the convenience but also benefit from valuable discounts. It’s a solid shopping destination that balances comfort, variety, and accessibility.

It's nice and the centre of Partille heart, Göteborg. Parking is nearly 10 dedicated bays. Seating outside has a wonderful view of the main road and jungle, attached with a petrol pump. It's recommended to eat fresh, nice environment and for late night too.
