Online store seems shady. I had to contact them via phone to have my order shipped. They even told me that they have the ordered product available in the store, but because of "inventory check" they haven't sent it. Nothing happened for days after ordering and their emails were short and without a name of the person in contact with, and mostly telling about them putting notes on my order or some other lame suspicous stuff. I had to call them again and tell about customer authorities to have my order shipped. First time ever I felt like being scammed by an online store. They probably saw that the payment was made via a debit card and tried to delay the shipment so I wouldn't be able to get the money back. I learned to only use credit card from now on, when shopping with new online stores, so that you are able to cancel the payment securely. I managed to return the recieved item back that they finally sent to me, reason being it was sized differently from the older models of the brand and that was about the product, not about the store. It seemed to be a genuine product. They sent me extra metal cup and bottle opener of their own brand, which seemed like some sort of a bribe. I returned everything. There are similar reviews in Trustpilot so this store seems very suspicious. Never again business with this store.
